Relocating and need to sell your mobile home fast? Don’t pay lot rent from three states away. We buy mobile homes for cash, as-is, on your schedule, and remote signing is often possible.
When you’re moving, the home you leave behind can become a burden fast: lot rent, utilities, insurance and worry, all from a distance.
How we make relocating easier
- Pick your closing date, before or after you move.
- Remote signing: titles and deeds can often be signed with a mobile notary or by mail.
- Leave what you don’t want to take with you.
- We communicate with the park if you’ve already left.
Moving within NC
If you’re upgrading to a house or moving closer to family, we can time closing to line up with your next step. If you need some time after closing to move out, that can be part of the deal.
Military moves
Many service members and families in our area live in manufactured homes. If you have orders, tell us your report date and we’ll work backward from it.

Does it matter if the home is in a park or on land?
Home in a park or on a rented lot
You own the home. Someone else owns the ground. In North Carolina, that home is usually titled through the NCDMV like a vehicle and treated as personal property. To sell, you sign over the title, settle up with the park, and the buyer gets approved (or the home gets moved). We help with every part. How we buy park homes →
Home on land you own
If the home sits on your land, it may still have a DMV title. Or the title may have been surrendered, so the home is part of the real estate. Either way, the sale closes like a house sale, with a deed and a closing attorney. How we buy homes with land →
Where we buy
We're a local mobile home buyer. We buy most often around Wake County and nearby counties, and we buy anywhere in North Carolina.
Common questions
Can I stay in the home for a while after closing?
Often yes, by written agreement.
I've already moved. Can you still buy?
Yes. Remote signing is common.
Can I sell the home but take the shed or appliances?
Usually. Just list what's staying and going in the agreement.
